Engagement

San Francisco, California

Jess and I completely switched plans for their San Francisco engagement shoot while I was on my flight to SF due to forecasted 25 mph winds and heavy fog. We went from sunset to sunrise and completely changed locations up until midnight the night before their shoot & I’m glad we did!

Jess & Paul met in SF so it was only fitting we chose a location with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge towering over us. Those that have been to the Headlands know the parking can be impossible, crowds can be heavy and finding seclusion isn’t in the question. Our 4:30am wakeup call paid off because, aside from a few dedicated street photographers, we had this entire location to ourselves!

Braving the early morning cold, getting through doing your hair and makeup while it’s still dark outside will always pay off when you get to have your adventurous engagement session without bystanders.

Shout out to Jess & Paul for trusting me and rolling with the punches. I can’t wait to come back to San Francisco for your wedding in April!
